Founded by the dynamic mother-daughter team, Chef Shelly and Jataun Flash, our menu is a harmonious blend of cultures, featuring award-winning creations such as the Jerk Chicken Dinner Taco, Escovitch Fish Taco, Fried Curry Crunch Corn, Ackee & Saltfish Egg Rolls, and refreshing Mango Thyme Lemonade. We take pride in delivering a fresh, reimagined food experience that transcends the ordinary - where culture and nostalgia meet and adapt seamlessly to any environment. Our nationwide services cater to diverse occasions, from pop-ups and large festivals to corporate events & activations, craft services, and private dining experiences.
