Je’ Taime Patisserie is the first black, woman-owned patisserie in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. Owned and operated by Jatee Kearsley, a self-taught pastry chef from Queens, NY. Je Taime Patisserie's goal is to serve high-quality, fresh-baked pastries every day. Our mission is to fight food insecurities and food deserts in underserved and overlooked neighborhoods. We pride ourselves on being a unique experience with amazing pastries ranging from croissants, cookies, mousse cakes, Danish and more. Handmade every day, we provide our community with amazing, seasonal, and tasty options. Each week you will find amazing, unique, colorful, and flavorful croissants that go beyond your normal croissant ideas. Previous flavors such as banana pudding, peach cobbler, red velvet cake, and matcha mango are all made into an amazing, buttery, and flaky croissant. A Je’ Taime Patisserie experience is like no other. In addition to helping combat food deserts and food insecurities in underserved areas, Je’ Taime Patisserie is proud to honor all payment options including SNAP/EBT. It is our main goal to provide high quality, tasty and amazing pastries to everyone regardless of income level. Located in the heart of Bed-Stuy Brooklyn, Je' Taime Patisserie is becoming a local favorite and a tourist “must-eat” location.
