With cultural roots encompassing both Mexico and Puerto Rico, Brooklyn born and raised Chef Jenn is on the innovative forefront of contemporary culinary arts. Chef Jenn, draws much inspiration for her contributions to the food/beverage space from her inner city and cultural upbringings and stretching the possibilities by way of well thought fusion. Currently, as Head of Product for Coffee Uplifts People (CUP), Chef Jenn overseas seasonal food menus, a growing catering presence for the fast growing Brooklyn operating brand and also is the Head Roaster for CUP where she spearheads Coffee Uplifts People’s globally sourced distinct coffee and tea offerings. This coffee/ tea assortments can be found in restaurant’s like Tatiana’s, Toast of Lenox and Kokomo’s to enterprise partners, grocery distributors and of course CUP’s company owned cafe’s. From coffee infused mole, to classic everyday delights infused with seasonings from the coffee origins in which CUP sources like her Ethiopian inspired “Berbere turkey mozzarella melt,” Chef Jenn is opening a world of possibility to the coffee/tea industry and broader culinary space, no different than her beloved Brooklyn culture.
