Jatee Kearsley is a pastry chef born and raised in Queens, NY. Turning her passion into a business has always been her goal. Starting as a young girl with bake sales in her neighborhood. Then in her young adult years selling at farmers markets and pop up shops, while also working in various restaurants and bakeries throughout NYC.

Now selling at her own brick and mortar space, her business Je T’aime Patisserie located in Brooklyn, NY brings together her love for community and parisian pastries. Taking the classic croissant and putting her “black girl spin” on it adding creative colors, flavors and toppings bringing you the ultimate croissant experience. Serving an array of other incredible tasting and pleasantly appealing desserts such as macarons, mousse cakes, cookies and much more. Jatee has the passion, flare and a love for what she does as a pastry chef and owner.
