Kenneth Ware, born on April 3, 1989, proudly calls Roosevelt, NY his hometown. As a Chef/Owner, he’s crafted a remarkable culinary journey, honing his skills at Johnson & Wales University where he earned both an Associate’s in Culinary and a Bachelor’s in Foodservice Management. With a decade of experience in the industry, Ware’s expertise blends classical French training with a deep-rooted commitment to utilizing farm-to-table and local ingredients. Managing a bustling 60-seat lunch and dinner barbecue restaurant, Ware showcases his innovative flair, drawing inspiration from his time spent in Michelin Star and award-winning kitchens. His culinary creations bear the mark of his refined technique and unwavering passion for excellence. Beyond the kitchen, Ware is a devoted community activist, serving as the President of the Black Restaurant Coalition and organizing impactful events like the Sleighs of Joy Toy Drive and Joy Fest, a vibrant Juneteenth celebration. An esteemed member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., Ware embodies brotherhood both within his fraternity and the culinary community at large.
